Access denied installing drivers

 · I keep getting access is denied when trying to install or update drivers for my htc one m8 and ATR USB microphone and also when trying to use almost every usb device I own pls help This thread is locked.  · So far I tried activating local Administrator account, uninstalling updates from PC and copying Drivers into Temp folder, still given access denied when trying to update. Now I got into the extreme of using System Restore to the date Windows finished Installing.
